Living Situation

Im so ready to move yet I cant seem to find a place to fit all my standards.  I'm really really picky.  I blame this on my upbringing.
I didnt grow up in a mansion or anything.  However, I did grow up in a very nice neighborhood.  All the neighbors were friendly, quiet (well most) and there was not much crime (if there was I was very sheltered).  More on that later.  I really thank my parents for that because I couldnt imagine growing up any other way.  CJ grew up in several different houses in several different areas which he is not aware of the things I see.  So here are deal breakers for me

1. Houses around me with chain link fences, broken garage doors, people parked on the grass etc.
2. Houses with Alley's by them
3. Houses that back up to any type of store etc.

I know this sounds like a lot but I want to feel safe.  I want to leave my window open when Im home alone and not have to worry about someone breaking in.  I want to go take a shower with the front doors locked and not worry about Caden in the other room.  I want to relax.  I dont want to have to worry about my house when Im gone at work.  I may be asking too much but, right now those are on my wish list!  I want to buy my house and someday I will have that option but, for now when Im renting I will find the perfect place.  I am determined.

Not to rain on your wants...but my BF's cousin when he was really bad into drugs & stealing (which he later got what was coming to him Jail time) him & his buddies only broken in to "NICE" neighborhoods. I am guessing that is where they figured all the good stuff would be.
But I totally understand you want to feel safe, & you should...so I hope you guys find what your looking for:)
I dont live in the nicest area, but I always see allot of houses for rent on Dawnridge...off of Avendia Del Vista. I love about a block away from brentwood park.
